Yesterday we trundled into town, needed jackets as it was a little brisk, but the sun was shining and there was a definite feel of spring in the air.
And today we woke up to this!

If you have trouble posting your comment please try sending it again - for some reason it seems to take 2 to 3 attempts sometimes. Sorry - I don't know why that is!
If you are commenting on something to do with one of my fostered children, please respect confidentiality and don't post details I haven't already mentioned on the blog. Thanks

yesterday our temps rose to the high 80s, then we had severe thunderstorms.
ReplyDeletetoday was mild - the low 80s, then we had severe thunderstorms.
Do you see the pattern here? It does this all summer, too, although it seems a little early for this particular weather pattern.
After the rain, if it is close to sundown, temps stay in the 70s. If there are a couple more hours of sunlight left, the temps will climb right back up in the 80s, with high humidity. That's when you want to be IN the pool, not sitting beside it! :-)
Hope this helps with your packing! Can you bring umbrellas on the plane??? Or will you just buy them here? :-)
