Oh I do hope someone pts a name to it! We buy them them regulalry at the Farmshop however i have never askedwhat it is it is delicious! just treat it as a cauliflower it is more dense than a calabrese/brocoli but moreflavoursome than cauliflower!
That's beautiful! I think it's a green cauliflower. They are an amazing luminous green colour aren't they? We sometimes get them in the veg box too. I googled them and here's what I found.
