fractal vegetables

This arrived in our veg box this morning.
I don't know whether to cook it or frame it. It is far too pretty to eat.

That is beautiful. What is it? Is it a cross between cauliflower and broccoli?

That's beautiful! I think it's a green cauliflower. They are an amazing luminous green colour aren't they? We sometimes get them in the veg box too. I googled them and here's what I found.

These multicoloured cauliflowers are even more surprising.

It's a Romanesque Cauliflower, sometimes called romanesque broccoli.
