Sweetness - two kittens snuggled up next to me, not quite on my lap but with paws in my hands, wanting strokes and affection and love and attention.
Sourness - two kittens with ongoing litter tray issues, now with added diarrhoea. I'll spare you the photo.

Oh, no - poor kittens! Poor Tia too for that matter.
If they have sore bottoms (which I expect they do) then they may be associating the litter trays with pain, which really really won't help.
It is really, really common for kittens to get upset tummies when they move house so hopefully this will pass - are they eating the same stuff as what they had in their previous home?
My solution to a cat with a very bad upset tummy was to make the downstairs loo cosy for him with a bed and water at one end, litter tray at the other and line the entire space with those 'blue square' bed protector pads - you must know what I mean! - much, much easier cleanup in the morning than if he had the whole kitchen to roam in. A giant-sized doggy crate also works well for that purpose.
Uck. Hope the kittycats are feeling better very, very soon.
That's for sparing us the photo, your word photo is enough. Praying all is well soon.
